Call +383 49 884 520 or message us on Viber, at any hour. Tell us who needs care, which service you need or what the doctor has prescribed, and the address. If you are not sure which service you need, describe the situation and we will help.

We confirm the visit
We call you back and tell you who is coming, a doctor or a nurse, and when. We confirm the price before we set off.

We come to your door
The staff arrive with sterile single-use equipment, carry out the service and leave you clear guidance for the hours that follow. If further visits are needed, we plan them together.
Payment
Payment is made after the visit; call us for the payment methods.
What to prepare
- The prescription or the doctor’s instructions, if you have them
- The medicines the patient takes, or a list of them
- An identity document
- A quiet, well-lit place for the visit
- Someone who can be with the patient, if possible
Common questions
Do you come at night and at the weekend?
Yes. We work 24 hours, 7 days, with no days off.
Do I need a prescription?
For medication, infusions and injections, yes. For a home medical visit, no: the doctor assesses and prescribes.
Which areas do you cover?
Prishtina and Fushë Kosovë. For other areas, call us.
